Several part-time evening positions are available to call current and former Time Warner Cable customers to consult, assess needs, and recommend Time Warner Cable products and services. Overcome objections and close the sale. Accurately process customer orders and input data into multiple computer applications. Excellent customer service and above average sales skills required. Must have excellent PC keyboarding skills. Working knowledge of ICOMS or other call center billing system preferred. General understanding of technology as related to all products offered by Time Warner Cable preferred. Experience using a predictive dialing system preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months to one year sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Prior telemarketing experience preferred. Successful applicant must pass a drug test and background record check.
