3. New features of handling of dispute cases:

3.1 Moving of disposed dispute cases directly to Bhoomi:

In Bhoomi 5, after entering the order number and date, sustained or over

ruled information by the Bhoomi Shirastedar in thakararina theerpu option,

the transaction has been directly pushed to the login of Bhoomi operator to

sit in the “ Hosa vahivatina serpade” option. But, at present, in Bhoomi4.6

instead of pushing the transaction to Hosa vahivatina serpade, it is being

pushed to another folder “ Disputed Cases” from where the operator has to

select and push it to the hosavahivatina serpade. Many of the disposed

disputed cases are lying un-attended in this folder, as the bhoomi operators

have not attempted to push them to hosa vahivatina serpade.

option for sustain or over rule the transaction.

3.3 FIFO imposed in disposal of dispute cases ( 90 days crossed):

In respect of all such cases, which have been crossed 90 days from

the date of pushing the transaction to the disputed cases folder, a strict FIFO

4. Office RI :- In Bhoomi 5, one more user has been introduced

called officer Revenue Inspector. The Office Revenue Inspector would certify

only such mutations which do not require a field enquiry and change in the

ownership. In other words, the office Revenue Inspector would certify:

(a) Pledge and Release Mutations.

(b) Podi Mutations.

(c) Convertion Mutation.

(e) The jurisdiction of the Office Revenue Inspector would be for the entire

taluk.

All mutation transactions referred to in (a) to (d) above would be pushed to the

login of the Office Revenue Inspector, immediately after the approval of the

checklist by the Shirastedar. The MR number starts with T as shown in fig-14

for the above type of transactions and these transactions are moved to office RI

login to receive and acknowledge and for the other type of mutations like Jslip,

khatha change and court orders the MR starts with H and transactions will move

to regular hobli as usual.

For the transactions which are approved from office RI, in Bhoomi at

the order entry stage, there is no need to type the order text. There are 2

separate options available as shown in fig-14 accept or reject, so he can select

either accept or reject button as per order passed by office RI.

RTC’s through IMP.
