SCHOOL REPORT FOR APRIL 2021 TO JUNE 2021
I) CELEBRATIONS/OBSERVATIONS:
1. International Yoga Day, 2021: The 7th International Yoga Day was observed on 21st
June 2021.
2. Music Day: Music day was celebrated on 25th June 2021 by all four Bhavan’s schools
virtually. Our students K.Ram Tarun, IXA, and K.Ram Arun, VIC took part in the
celebrations by singing Sriramadas Keerthana written by Sri Ramadasu (Kancherla
Gopanna). It was a beautiful day to listen to the Thyagaraja and Annamacharya Keertanas
performed by the students of all four Bhavan’s schools. Our Chairman sir
Shri.S.Gopalakrishnan appreciated all the students participated in the program.
Bhavan’s NIRD school Principal Shri.B.Ravi Kiran gave a Vote of thanks.
II)ONLINE WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS/SEMINARS/CONFERENCES/
WEBINARS ATTENDED BY THE TEACHING STAFF:
1.Telugu Subject teachers’ meeting:
The Telugu subject teachers virtual meeting was held on 9th June 2021. Firstly, we
congratulated the other Bhavan’s schools for preparing and sending the common lesson
plan, common syllabus, common notes, common question bank and the external topic
“PODUPU KATHALUI” given to NIRD Bhavan’s school. We discussed the
grammar and additional exercises for classes 1 to 5 to improve and enhance the students’
interest in learning the Telugu language.
2.Social Science subject teachers’ meeting:
On 9th June 2021, Social Science subject teachers’ meeting was conducted discussed about
the preparation of worksheets, question banks and demo classes for 6-10 classes.
3.Online workshop in Telugu:
An online workshop in Telugu subject on Telangana native language, grammar, and
observation, was organized on 14.06.2021 by Mr.Venu Vardhan, HOD, Telugu department
of BVB, BHEL. All the Telugu teachers of Bhavans in Hyderabad attended the
workshop. The first point is a very appropriate and important point for discussion in the
workshop. It is decided in the workshop that the teacher or student who speaks and writes
in their local language should also be encouraged and respected. The resource person very
clearly explained the difference between Telugu Samdhulu and Sanskrit Samdhulu. All the
Telugu subject teachers of four Bhavans schools in Hyderabad formed a Whatsapp group
for further discussions on the subject-related topics.

4.Integrated Preschool teachers’ training workshop on “Readiness”:
Bhavan’s NIRD school English teachers of primary level attended the Integrated
Preschool teachers’ training workshop conducted virtually on 15th June 2021 by
the distinguished resource person Ms.Sonal Ravi Andrews on the topic “Readiness”.
They expressed that it was very interesting, informative and interactive session
for all the participants. Although readiness is a simple word, the resource person made it
very clear that readiness is not just getting ready but she integrated it with reading, writing,
speaking. Listening, familiyf, netal hygiene and mainly stressed on how to make children
stress-free. The teachers learned that they should prepare the lesson plan keeping in mind
all types of children. They are going to apply 5 E’s “Engage, Explore, Explain,
Elaborate and Evaluate and 3A’s “Appealing, Applicable and Approachable in
their classes.
5. Integrated Preschool teachers’ training workshop on “Story Telling”:
Bhavan’s NIRD school English teachers of primary level attended the Integrated
Preschool teachers’ training workshop conducted virtually on 19th June 2021 by
the distinguished resource person Ms.Sonal Ravi Andrews on the topic “Story Telling”.
They expressed that it was an engaging, gripping as well as an interactive session for all
the participants. The storyteller needs sequencing, voice modulation, expressions, and
sensitivity towards the audience. The teachers learned that the scope and the outcomes of
storytelling are Relaxation, Enjoyment, Communication skills, Traditional and Cultural
values, Attention span and developing listening skills, memory, imagination, reading &
vocabulary. They are going to adopt some of these techniques in their classes.
III)ONLINE WORKSHOP(S) CONDUCTED BY BVBV-NIRDPR SCHOOL:
The virtual workshop titled Joyful Teaching And Learning Of Mathematics was conducted
on 15-06-2021 by Shri Ravi Kiran, Principal BVBV NIRD. All the Maths Teachers of
Bhavan’s Hyderabad Kendra participated in the workshop. The presentation shared by the
respected Ravi Kiran Sir was mainly focused on MATH EVERY DAY. He said teachers
need to make children aware and help them to feel that Math is all around us. It helps the
child to develop an interest in the subject. He also emphasized explaining to the children the
application of different concepts in our day-to-day life. For example, the concepts
like Integers, Statistics, Angles, Speed, and Time can be easily explained
through Sports. He also focussed on INNOVATIVE PRACTICES adopted in teaching
mathematics in the classroom to attract the interest of the learners and to broaden and widen
the learners learning abilities. The most significant part of the workshop was
the Four Reasons Why Students Struggle With Maths and Its Remedies.
The strategies to make Maths easy are: 1.Motivation, 2.Learning by Doing, 3.Work on
Tables, 4.Caring, and 5.Constantly Learning. He suggested that we can make
Mathematics joyful and meaningful by encouraging children to create things, display
children's creativity, Planning activities outside the classroom.

The session was meticulously planned, executed, and accomplished on dot time. Video and
PPT of the session was very expressive to convey the intention of the resource person.

I) CELEBRATIONS/OBSERVATIONS:
1. BONALU- TELANGANA FESTIVAL 2021: The Bonalu festival was celebrated on 31st
July 2021.
2. SELECTION OF SCHOOL CABINET MEMBERS: The school cabinet members for
The academic year 2021-22 were selected on online nominations.
3. FANCY DRESS COMPETITION (online): Fancy Dress competition for the students of
classes UKG to V on the occasion of “Sri Krishna Janmashtami” was organized in the school
on 28th August 2021 on a virtual platform. The aim of this event is to enhance the skills of
the students as well as to familiarize them with rich Indian culture. The students were
participated very actively with enthusiasm. 5 students from each section were selected at
preliminary level on 21st August 2021 and the final selections were conducted on 28th
August 2021. The top 3 prize winners were given certificates.
4.75th INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS:
On the eve of the 75th Independence Day celebrations,the school was bedecked with
colorful festoons, flags and flowers. It was celebrated with great pomp and gaiety.
The function is set about at 8.00 a.m. with the arrival of the day’s chief guest Dr.G.Narendra
Kumar I.A.S. Director-General NIRD&PR and Co-Chairman BVBV NIRD&PR. He was
welcomed warmly by the Principal, staff, students, and escorted by guard of honor.
On this special occasion, the programme started with flag hoisting by honorable chief guest
Dr. G.Narendra Kumar. This was followed by the national anthem. The school principal Dr.
B. Ravi Kiran welcomed the gathering on this auspicious occasion. He defined freedom and
recalled the sacrifices made by the great leaders and paid tributes to them.
Everyone joined in singing the prayer along with the school choir group and gave a good
beginning to the program. Patriotic songs were crooned by teachers to pay tributes to the
motherland.
Dr. G.Narendra Kumar distributed prizes to the young achievers of the school which included
prestigious awards like the Shri Pranlal Devkaran Nanjee award for excellence in harmonious
behavior, Shri C. Subraniam award for Excellence in character, merit certificates in AISS
Examination conducted by CBSE New Delhi for securing more than 90% in all subjects,
Bhavan's Inter-School Essay Writing Competition, Swami Vivekandan Education and
Research Centre Award, 12th All India Maths and Science Talent Examination 2019-20 and
other competitions.

Dr. Kumar addressed the gathering and conveyed his greetings on this momentous occasion
remembering the sacrifices of the freedom fighters. He mentioned the rapid strike of progress
and development and now its upon the next generation to strengthen it. He also expressed that
every challenge brings a hidden opportunity. He calls for reorientation in education pursuit.
The school principal Dr. B. Ravi Kiran felicitated Dr. G.Narendra Kumar as a mark of honor
and gratitude. The program came to an end with the proposal of a vote of thanks.
The celebration came to end filling the entire campus with a patriotic aura.
5. TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATIONS: As the teachers’ day was taken in the honour of Sri Sarvepalli
Radhakrishnan sir, we in fact felt a great honour to celebrate the teachers’s day amidst COVID
pandemic, in a very simple manner. Teachers were taken Oath. 6. DR.Y.V.R.M.C. SASTRY SIR’S SUPERANNUATION:
On September 30, 2021 superannuation celebration of Sree YVRMC Sastry, our Music and Dance Teacher was held in the presence of the beloved principal Dr. B. Ravi Kiran and the staff. The principal and the staff conveyed their heart-felt congratulations to Sastry sir on the occasion of his happy retirement.
The programme started at 3.00 pm welcoming Sastry sir and his family with flowers and in the midst of auspicious slokas to the place of celebration. The programme began with a prayer song and gave a good beginning. The bio-data of Sastry sir included a glimpse into his remarkable achievements and 28 years of dedicated service in Bhavan’s school was presented. The senior faculty shared their experiences and memories that they had with Sastry sir during his tenure. The teachers presented melodious songs in between and made the programme pleasant. The principal’s speech highlighted Sastry sir’s capabilities and his qualities that helped him for the successful completion of his service. Satry sir addressed the gathering and shared his bond with the staff and the school. He advised the staff to extend co-operation to one another and maintain healthy eco-system in the school. He also thanked the staff for their support throughout.
The school principal Dr. B. Ravi Kiran felicitated Sastry sir by presenting a bouquet, shawl, memento and gifts to mark respect and love towards Sastry sir. The programme ended after the staff conveyed best wishes for his future.

XSEED METHOD EC DEMO: As a follow up to the XSEED Method, a demonstration
was conducted with XSEED teachers on 13-08-2021 by Meenal Singh, EC, XSEED.

Rao, Ms.Vijayalaxmi, Ms.M.Jyothi, Ms.D.Ramalakshmi and Ms.Asra Begum of our
primary school attended the program. The following action steps were suggested for an
XSEED Method class : 1.Share pre work with children 2.Student engagement through
chat, verbal and show of notebook work, 3.Give clear and time bound instructions.
The following action steps were suggested for XSEED Leader: 1. Observe and give
feedback to teachers by using the blue checklist, 2.ensure that teachers are sending pre-
work to the students, 3.Track the implementation of suggested action steps for an XSEED
method class.

INTER-SCHOOL WORKSHOP ON TELUGU, MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE, SOCIAL SCIENCE AND ENGLISH ACTIVITIES: BVBV NIRD conducted an interesting interactive session on the virtual platform from 20th to 25th August 2021 on the activities headed by the Academic Director Smt. Rama Devi Garu and subject Teachers of the four Bhavan's schools. The session was very well participated by all the teachers presenting the teaching methods in different forms to ensure the proper understanding of the subject by the students and see that the students learn the values and sweetness of subject very well.
ENGLISH DEPARTMENT MEETING:
This was the first ever meeting in the history of Bhavan’s to meet on a common platform to share and exchange ideas among teachers to enrich their subjects. The initiative was implemented under the guidance of Ms. Rama Devi, Academic Director, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s, Hyderabad Kendra. An English Department Virtual Meeting was held on August 23, 2021 among four Bhavan’s teachers handling classes III to VIII headed by Ms. Devi and school principals. The English HOD of Bhavan’s Vidyashram, Jubilee Hills Ms. Madhumati gave welcome address, followed by a prayer. Ms. Devi spoke on the essence of the programme i.e., to showcase the different types of resource material prepared by the teachers during their summer vacation. According to the schedule, the presentations began. Each school presented activity cards/work cards of 3 to 5 grades. The presentation was focused mainly on three points – teachers’ learning experience while doing the cards, pedagogy to present the cards in the classroom and the learning outcomes. It was a splendid performance that included wide variety of topics, colourful pictures and embedded with marvelous facts. It was assured that it would definitely add to the children’s knowledge bank. The next round was of VI to VIII grades. This included topics on grammar and vocabulary - phrasal verbs, relative pronouns, tenses; vocabulary enrichment- antonyms & synonyms, homophones & homonyms, idioms, riddles, anagrams, crossword puzzles, sentence corrections etc. Teachers made use of technology to appeal the children in a very innovative way to add variety to the routine classroom teaching. This session really helped the teachers enrich their language skills. Ms. Devi was present throughout the session and added her suggestions while praising the teachers’ efforts. She encouraged and conveyed her best wishes for future endeavors. A 3-DAY CERTIFICATION COURSE FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL (6 TO 8 GRADES) IN
MATHEMATICS SUBJECT (6 TO 8 GRADES):
A 3-day Sharing and Deliberating subject-specific professional development, certification course
for middle school (grade 6 to 8) educators, was conducted by DLRC (Drive Change, Learning and Resource Centre) - Pune, in collaboration with CEIR Global from 10th to 12th August 2021 from 5 pm to 6.30 pm on a virtual platform.
The 3-day session was organized by Prof. Ajay Dalmia and Mrs. Megha Kalgud on the topic Adventures with middle school Mathematics.

The session was very useful to enhance our knowledge, skills, and competency in alignment with the ‘National Education Policy 2020 (NEP).
On the first day, Prof. Ajay Dalmia shared a warm-up paper activity which was interesting and
useful for the students to identify the types of angles and relation among the sides and angles of
the triangle with this paper activity. Guessing measurements in terms of foot and also identifying
the number of squares involved in the picture to find its Area.
On the 2nd day, a colourful activity was shown. With this colour activity, the child can involve and
can differentiate prime and composite numbers. The child can also learn the Concept of L.C.M, H.C.F, and co-prime numbers by observing different colors given. Division of fractions visually makes the child involve more effectively rather than regular division with reciprocal. Open-ended problems and tricky questions can help the child to learn multiple concepts and improve their practical knowledge. On the 3rd day, he explains the problems involved in the real-life situation based on areas and volume concepts that make the child understand the concept 'how it depends and changes as diameter increases and height decreases vice-versa. The activity explains the tessellation and also nature related to why the honeybees chosen a hexagonal shape to store honey rather than the circular shape. And finally, a card game video was shown which was very interesting and it created a MAGIC.

SCHOOL REPORT FOR OCTOBER 2021 TO DECEMBER 2021
I) CELEBRATIONS/OBSERVATIONS:
1. 84TH FOUNDATION DAY CELEBRATIONS OF BHARATIYA VIDYA BHAVAN:
On the occasion of 84th Foundation Day of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan on 7th November 2021,
we organized the following virtual competitions on 5th November 2021 for all the four
Bhavan Schools in Hyderabad. 1. Classical Solo Dance Competition: Theme : Lord
Sri Rama, and 2. Carry from Bhavans Journal Editorial. The winners were
given prizes.
2. THE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS OF SHRI K M MUNSHIJI at BVB-HYDERABAD KENDRA ON 30-12-2021.
On the occasion of the Birthday celebrations of Shri K.M.Munshiji at Hyderabad Kendra
on 30-12-2021, Bhavan’s NIRD students sang prayer song and the Sanskrit song “ Uttishtha
Uttishtha Kranthitaranga” written by Smt.D.Suhasini, TGT and composed by Shri. Shaik
Khaja Imdad, Music teacher of Bhavan’s NIRD school. Various competitions were
conducted to bring out the talents of the students of four Bhavans schools. Our school
students Shraddha Panda and M.Sreeja of class X bagged 3rd prize in the quiz competition.
Math’s and Science exhibition was also organized at Bhava’s Hyderabad Kendra premises.
Our students presented the math’s exhibits (Finding L.C.M AND H.C.F, Properties of angles,
Properties of quadrilaterals, Trigonometric Ratios) using thermocol beads, cardboard, electrical
circuits, wooden sticks, 4 complete angle protractors,4 bolts and LED bulbs). Our students also
presented the Science project SMART VEHICLE that was presented at the All India Bhavan’s
Science Exhibition -2021 “VIGYAN YAATRA”. Both projects were appreciated by the Vice-
Chairman, Academic Director, Principals, teachers and students.
3. RAJAJI'S 143rd BIRTH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS:
On December 10, 2021 Birth anniversary of the great leader Sri Chakravarthi Rajagopalachari was celebrated virtually with fervour at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's, Hyderabad Kendra.
The stage was decked with flowers and Rajaji's quotations were displayed all around brought
an inspiring atmosphere. The gracious presence of Shri S. Gopala Krishnan sir, Vice-Chairman, BVB Hyderabad Kendra and Smt.C. Rama Devi madam, Academic Director added grandeur to the programme.
The program began at 12.00 noon with Bhavan's Prayer which was sung by BVBV, NIRDPR choir
group and invoked God almighty to shower his blessings. Rajaji's photo was garlanded and paid
tributes to him. Shri.Gopala Krishnan sir and Rama madam lit the lamp and made the occasion divine and
symbolic.

Shri.Gopala Krishnan sir, an evergreen personality of Bhavan's gave an enlightening speech and
conveyed his best wishes and blessings to the staff and children for their future endeavours. He also advised and motivated them to update their knowledge to face future challenges.
Rama madam presented Rajaji's contribution to nation building. She also explained the
significance of the day and thanked Gopala Krishnan sir for his support and guidance. BVBARR School children presented Bhajagovindam song which was melodious and soothing. It
was great relaxation and at the same time enlightening. From each Bhavan's school, one child presented a story from 'Stories for the Innocent' written
by Rajaji. BVB VIDYASHRAM School, Jubilee hills, BVB BHEL, BVB ARR, BVB NIRDPR presented The Mangala- Sutra, The Wish of the Coconut, The Milk Ocean, The Tree Speaks respectively. These stories depicted the values like equality among all, kindness, compassion, nature's worship etc. This added variety to the programme.
4. INTER-HOUSE COMPETITIONS:
The school conducted the inter-school competitions such as Poster drawing on Telangana
Tourism, Christmas and Santa drawing, Arts and crafts exhibition, drawing competitions Save
energy/Save girls/Bureau of Energy, Pictorial Quiz on Indian culture & Heritage and Academic, Art &
Craft exhibition.
II)ONLINE/OFFLINE WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS/SEMINARS/CONFERENCES/WEBINARS
ATTENDED BY THE TEACHING STAFF:
1. Training programme on Leadership and Management of Early Childcare and Education.:
Bhavans Research & Development Centre conducted a training programme on Leadership and
Management of Early Childcare and Education on virtual platform on 21st and 22nd December 2021. Mrs. I.Padmavathi, PRT and Smt.Sophiya Reshma, PPRT from Bhavan’s NIRD school took part in the training program. The first session speaker Smt.Shoba Bharat spoke on the topic “Leadership”. She explained and discussed the traits of leadership and she had focused on the points- Physical feature, intelligence, emotional, stability, hman relation, empathy, motivating, communication and social & technical skills. She explained the importance of leadership with clear views by highliting the few leadership qualities like immediate action, providing guidance, creating confidence, coordination, affective planning and inspiration. The second session speaker Dr. Ritu Bhatia spoke on the topic “Concept of Administration & Management”. She started the session with why we must give much importance to maintain Records, budget, financing, health and safety of staff/children? Then she explained that to take care of the following areas, we should give importance: *Helping, evaluating effectiveness of programs, activities, learning process and method of teaching. *providing valuable information about child and progress. *developing sense of responsibilities and accountability in staff. *maintaining records time to time and maintaining the finance of the center. The third session speaker Smt.Neera Jain spoke on the topic “Conflict resolution, Negotiation skills, Optimism”. She had wonderfully show-caused the problems and solutions of the institution. She also explained how to deal with conflict with parents, children, management. She gave inputs as well guidance to maintain smooth running of the institution. She said that we cannot avoid conflict, but we can resolve

it. She explained that negotiation encourages compromise towards win-win resolution and guidelines for successful negotiation – CAPS (Cool off, agree to work it out, Point of views, Solve it). The fourth session speaker spoke on the topic “Effective communication and collaboration with stake holder”. She emphasized on listening building trust between parents, teachers and collaboration with colleagues and management. We need the following qualities for effective communication and its critical 1. Think with clarity 2. Express ideas, and 3. Share information with a multitude audience. It’s a good opportunity to develop new teaching methods, organizing, and management.
2. WORKSHOP ON COLLABORATIVE LEARNING STRATEGIS:
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan- Hyderabad Kendra conducted Collaborative Learning strategies workshop on 18/12/21. The resource person is Smt.Shalini. The outcomes of the workshop is to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills among the students. With this workshop, we can develop communication, creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, Problem solving, Leader ship and social skills confidently among the students which help them to thrive in today’s world needs. The teachers learnt about synchronous and asynchronous learning meaning and where to use in daily classes and they also learnt some collaborative learning tools like: - 1) Whip around, 2) A – Z chart, 3) Bingo-chart and 4) Inside and out-side circles to develop team spirit and collaboration among the students. St. Radhika, PRT Smut’s. Prameela Rani, PRT, Shrived. Namenda Reddy, PRT, Shri.Syed Shahen, PRT and Smt.Y. Sowmya Sundari, PRT participated in the workshop. We are very much thankful to the Vice Chairman Sri.S. Gopal Krishnan , BVBV Hyderabad Kendra and the Academic director Smt C. Rama Devi for organizing wonderful and informative workshop for the teachers. 3. MAKING OF TEACHING AIDS: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan- Hyderabad Kendra conducted a workshop of making of teaching aids on 27th November 2021. The resource person is Smt.Sonal Ravi Andrews. The resource person facilitated the teachers to learn to make simple, cost effective, reusable teaching aids. The teachers were introduced to make nearly 8 different teaching aids following simple methods. Finger puppets, box puppets, shadow puppets, paper cup rotating model, bottle puppet and talking puppets were made by the teachers during the session. These can be used to teach the following concepts in Class 1 Mathematics. We understood that we all should know from the moment students enter a school the most important factor in their success is not the color of their skin or income of them parents. It’s the person standing (TEACHER) in front of the classroom. Mrs.Sophiya Reshma, PPRT, Mrs.Soumya Panda, PPRT, Mrs. I.Padmavathi, PRT, Mrs.R. Sowmya, PRT and Mrs.M.Vijayalaxmi, PRT participated in the workshop. We are very much thankful to the Vice Chairman Sri.S. Gopal Krishnan , BVBV Hyderabad Kendra and the Academic director Smt C. Rama Devi for organizing wonderful and innovative workshop for the teachers.

4. ALL INDIA BHAVAN’S SCIENCE EXHIBITION-2021:
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's B.P.Vidya Mandir, Ashti, Nagpur organized the All India Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan virtual science exhibition 2021 "VIGYAN YATRA" from 28 th Oct 2021 to 30th Oct 2021. Two teams from BHARATIYA VIDYA BHAVAN’S VIDYASHRAM NIRD&PR campus presented their science projects in the VIGYAN YATRA on 29th October 2021. Among the two projects, the “SMART VEHICLE” project under the Theme Applications of artificial intelligence in science and technology presented by P.CHINMAYEE SWEEKRUTA and P. DHRITI of class 8th under the guidance of Mr.SYED SHAHEN stood first at the all India level. This project aims to save our natural resources and protect our mother earth by minimizing manpower, saving time, and reducing fuel consumption.
And the second project “MOTHER EARTH IS GOING TO GET MEAN IF YOU DON’T GO
GREEN” under the theme Innovative methods of waste management presented by M. MANASA and J. SWECCHA of class 8th under the guidance of Mrs.D. RAMALAXMI bagged the first consolation prize at the all-India level. The main aim of this project is to build an eco-friendly environment by using non-biodegradable waste to create our own low-cost and no-cost laboratory for schools and also aesthetic interior designing at our home with no cost. On this achievement, School principal Dr.B RAVI KIRAN shared his experience about this project and appreciated the teachers and children.
5. Continuous PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING WORKSHOP:
Global Talk Education Foundation conducted a 12 hour Professional Development Training workshop for 6 days from 19th to 26th November 2021 (2 hrs per day) on a virtual platform in collaboration with
Hathras Sahodaya School Complex. Shri B.Ravi Kiran, Principal attended the training program. The GTE Foundation conducted the training program to empower the teachers with Effective Teaching Learning
Process. The program is designed to help teachers to give them the best control over their class, b uild confidence and develop techniques to understand the mindset of the students so that teaching can be made more effective. The speakers were Capt. Dr. Dinisha Bhardwaj, Ms. Mansa Pande, Mr. Pramod Mahajan, Ms. Veena Raizada, Ms. Gurpreet Kaur, and Shri G. Balasubramanian. Capt. Dr. Dinisha Bhardwaj spoke on Life Long Learner : The Quality or an Attitude, Ms. Mansa Pande spoke on Understanding Assessment, Mr. Pramod Mahajan spoke on Futuristic Jobs & Curricular Pedagogies, Ms. Veena Raizada spoke on Interactive Content Creation using Tech Tools & Techniques, Ms. Gurpreet Kaur spoke on Essential Digital Organizing Tips & Tricks for Leaders, and Shri G. Balasubramanian spoke on Creative Pedagogies. It’s a very useful workshop for school leaders and teachers.
6. YOUNG INNOVATORS PROGRAM- 2022:
Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology conducted the “CCMB-Young Innovator's program" for school children of classes VIII to X. This provides the children an opportunity for close interaction with scientists and also gain first-hand experience of research work for a period of two weeks. The program will be held during the first and second weeks of January 2022. In this competition there were two levels to secure the place in above mentioned program.
In the first step, they insisted us to select Max of 5 students based on the criteria set by us. Later they all attended the Online lecture by Dr. Raghu Nand Tirumalai on 'Resisting Antibiotic

Resistance' at 3 pm on Dec 30, 2021. Later they conducted an Online Selection Test for the students nominated by schools.
After the successful participation in online test, our students got the certificate of participation from the CCMB-CSIR. Mr. Syed Shahen (science teacher) coordinated the program.
7. AUSTRALIAN COUNCIL FOR EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH (INDIA):
Bhavan’s Research Institute, Kochi conducted an International Benchmark Test (IBT)
programme with the Principals of Bhavan’s Schools across India by the Australian Council for Educational
Research (ACER) on 26th November 2021 to help compare student performance globally, between grades, and
over time. ACER has created a global programme of school-level tests in English, Mathematics, Science, and
Reasoning suitable for students across a range of countries. These high-quality tests enable teachers, parents and
school leaders to monitor the educational development of students throughout their years of primary and secondary
