Measuring Quality of Output The Balanced Grade Card; the KIAMS-BGC Inspired by two concepts the Balanced Score Card and the Competency approach Driven by a felt need by students, faculty and industry to capture a holistic perspective of a students performance in the management education program.A Business School That Makes Difference 1

The logic of the KIAMS-BGC Generic competencies underpin any performance. These have to be deployed through efforts of engaging in a situation. The efforts have to be slated towards activities that are meaningful to industry. The outcome of the efforts is measured both as curricular output (academic grades) as well as co-curricular outputs (sports, competitions, research papers, etc).A Business School That Makes Difference 2
