PDSS effort will provide the MSTC Program of Record (POR) with all activities required to ensure that the

implemented and fielded system continues to support its original operational mission as prescribed under

the current Capabilities Production Document (CPD) and subsequent mission modifications once

production of the system has been fielded. This effort will also provide software, Cybersecurity and

configuration management for systems supported under the MSTC POR; Tactical Combat Casualty Care

– Exportable (TC3X), TC3 Sim, Medical Training-Command and Control (MT-C2) and the advancement of

MSTC POR into the synthetic environment. The PDSS effort will provide the environment to integrate and

test new technologies to enhance training capabilities to the warfighter.

The primary users of the Howitzer Crew Trainer (HCT) will be Field

Artillery Officers and Cannon Crewmembers (MOS 13B, 13Z, and

MOSC 131A).

The HCT will include an instructor station and a driver station that will

replicate the M109A7 Self Propelled Howitzer for realistic training.

This will not be an upgrade to existing M109A6 FSCATT systems and

government furnished equipment will not be provided to contractor.

The U.S. Army Transportation School Maritime Integrated Training System (MITS) is a system of

simulator systems that conducts Full Mission Bridge, Small Craft Bridge, Vessel Defense, Expeditionary

The CPM Plus contract is to continue the managed evolution of the Live Training Transformation (LT2) product line (P/L)
