Two formats :

eGrant: Foundations email FC an excel spreadsheet with 28 fields of information.

hGrant: A feed that publishes grants information directly to a website where FC gathers it daily. This is the technology behind the Reporting Commitment.

Manifesto

• Keep good records of your activities by using your grants management system to its fullest capacity.

• Use standard formats for collecting specific data about the work of the foundation: Subject, Type of Support, Geographic Area Served, Intended Beneficiaries, etc.
