Visual Whitening Effect
In Magicolor-150W series maximize product effect to Basic product especially gel formulation. Magicolor-150W
series are white pigment (TiO2) capsule coated with various colors. Various color bead gel formulation arouse the
customer’s curiosity. Color bead appearance is disappear right after rubbing the gel and enhance the visual
whitening effects.

Post add after emulsifying
1. Add slowly the Magicolor 150 into emulsion for mixing1) Process
(1) Paddle Mixer speed: 20~50rpm(2) Temperature: 30~40C(3) Time: 1~20min (depending on the viscosity of emulsion)
* Tip: Leave certain gap between scrapers(only one side, left or right) which is connected to paddle and vessel 2~3mm (normally 1mm)to reduce shear stress and a risk of rupturing the color capsules during mixingprocess.
* Tip: Use Paddle mixer without scraper to reduce shear stress and a risk of rupturing the color capsules during mixing process.
2. Color development1) Check the expression level of color comparing to the standard emulsion sample after the process.
For laboratory application1. Use glass bar instead of the paddle mixer2. It is necessary for glass bar to not contact inside of beaker during the mixing.
Swelling processTo wait for 24h is enough for swelling of the capsule wall. The swelling process does not change final colorbut shorten the time of color's expression or improve sandy sensation when the emulsion with color capsules is applied on skin.
Potting process
1. Transfer bulk emulsion directly into potting vessel without using of suction-pump equipment to avoidrupturing color capsules.
