BEAN TO CUP COFFEE MACHINE COMPONENTS

We have been supplying Newco Enterprises with components for its table-top bean to cup coffee machines for 20 years.

A consignment stock agreement for 25 different items ensures that the company’s state-of-the-art production facility in Saint Charles, Missouri is always supplied with the components necessary from their own warehouse facility.

In total, we provide 21,000 items every year including solenoid valves, silicone tubing and seals, ingredient canisters and whipper motors.

EFFICIENT SUPPLY CHAIN IN CANADA

Around 2 billion cups of fresh coffee are served by machines engineered by Cafection every year, refreshing customers in offices, coffee shops and healthcare facilities across Canada and the U.S.

We supply 124,000 parts annually to Cafection’s production facility in Québec as part of a wide-ranging consignment stock agreement covering 24 individual components. Under this agreement, sufficient parts are stored on-site to meet planned production - and replenished on a monthly basis.

The components supplied range from brewer motors, heating elements and whipper chambers to canisters of various sizes, John Guest fittings, silicone tubing and solenoid valves.

We also supply bimetallic thermostats, which form an essential feature of each machine’s safety compliance, while other parts are selected to make it easier for machines to be cleaned or maintained or to ensure the criteria required for NSF compliance are met.

DELIVERING PARTS FOR DRINKS COOLERS

Every year, we supply international manufacturer Welbilt with over 480,000 components. These are integrated into beer coolers, soft drinks coolers and frappe machines, which are used in fast-food outlets - including McDonalds, Subway and Burger King – and serve ice-cold drinks produced by Heineken, Britvic and Coca-Cola.

We’ve been supporting Welbilt as a key supplier for over 10 years, sourcing new and better components for each product they design. Lead times are kept to a minimum with a stock agreement - ensuring the 123 individual items we provide are available for dispatch same day.

KEEPING BAR GUNS FLOWING Over the past 25 years, we have refurbished at least 100,000 Wunder-Bar guns in the UK for one of the world’s largest soft drinks manufacturers. Each refurbishment involves completely dismantling the system into its 140 constituent parts. We wash and sterilize every part and replace any faulty components before rebuilding the bar gun and testing it twice. We also supply 12,000 complete mains water installation kits annually for use with new bar gun installations to our customer’s specification, with components fitted together by us before dispatch to save the service engineer time on site.
