How to Download B&C Calorie & Supplemental Nutrition Reports
Foodservice customers offering B&C beverages can use the product finder to download calorie and nutrition information for use on menus and menu boards.
• Go to www.PepsiCoBeverageFacts.com • Click on the product finder • Select a category and/or size to narrow
your results • Select the items for which you want
nutrition information • Click the “Compare Selected” button • Click the ”.xls” icon to download nutrition
information for all of the products you selected

How to Download Fountain Calorie & Supplemental Nutrition Reports
• Go to www.PepsiCoBeverageFacts.com • Click on the Custom Fountain Reports icon • Click on the “Download calorie & nutrition
reports” tab, then on the “Create your customized report” button
• Follow the step by step instructions ‒ Fill in cup fluid ounce sizes & names ‒ Select products ‒ Select standardized ice fill levels* ‒ Select to see rounded or unrounded values
• Fill in customer name • Click “create calorie report” or “create
nutrition report” button • Review the report • Clicking the “create calorie report “button will
toggle between the nutrition & calorie reports for your selected products
• Click “Edit” or “Clear” buttons to make adjustments or “Download” button to create your report in Excel
Foodservice customers offering fountain beverages can use the custom fountain report tool to create downloadable Excel reports for their brand set, cup sizes, cup names, and ice fill standards (if applicable).
* Only for crew serve locations with standardized ice fill rates

• Standard calorie placard developed by the beverage industry that meets FDA regulations and industry commitment to display calorie awareness message
• Placards are available for Soft Drink, Juice, Frozen dispensers and Tea & Non-Carb urns. We will discuss placard usage for Spire units later in this presentation
• Placards will vary by equipment type & can show up to 4 cup sizes and 4 to 20 flavors
• Customers enter information on their brand set and cup size offerings to create custom print-ready calorie placards
This tool is available to ALL customers to create & download the print-ready calorie placards

• PepsiCo will fund 1st round of placard bulk-printing and bulk-shipping for PepsiCo/PBC customers that are required to comply with the regulation.
• Customers that are required to comply include the following: – Are a chain of 20 or more locations doing business under the same consumer
facing name.
– Are not Crew-Serve; self serve equipment only
• For customers that meet these qualifications, PepsiCo will fund: – Bulk placard orders* – One placard per piece of self serve equipment per location
(additional placards available at customer expense) – Shipping to one location, not to each individual store
*One-off placard orders for individual locations will not be funded. Printing & shipping funding should be determined by the PepsiCo sales team & customer.

VIEW PLACARD: • Clicking “View Placard” will generate a high-
resolution PDF image of the Calorie Placard with the data you entered
• Open the PDF and confirm all data is correct • If all data is correct (in terms of cup sizes/name/
flavors), save this to your computer • Attach the PDF placard file in an email to
[email protected] & [email protected] with the following details*: ‒ Customer name ‒ PepsiCo National Acct Customer or PBC Customer: Yes or No ‒ PepsiCo National Acct or PBC Contact Name, Email & Phone
number ‒ Placard unique identifier ‒ Order quantity per placard ‒ Ship to contact/email/address ‒ Main point of contact for placard: name/email/phone number
• NBS will confirm the order within 24 hours via email TIMING: Allow 7-10 calendar days for printing.

How To Apply Your Placard
The calorie placards created on www.pepsicobeveragefacts.com/fountainreports are designed to be printed on self-adhesive material and placed on self-serve fountain dispensers in the locations specified below.
The placards may not be placed on Spire equipment or equipment that is not self-serve and may not be placed
anywhere on PepsiCo equipment other than as specified below. In addition, no other placards or signage may be placed on our equipment unless specifically approved by the PepsiCo Food Service marketing team.

APPLICATION TIPS • STEP 1: Use a paper towel (damp with little soap) to wipe down the area on the fountain backsplash where the placard will be placed. - DO NOT DRY • STEP 2: Immediately after step 1, remove the backing of the placard • STEP 3: Place the sticky side of the placard on the machine in the area that was just wiped with the paper towel – this area should still be wet when you apply the placard • STEP 4: If needed, remove any bubbles and adjust the placement of placard with your fingers and/or a dry paper towel. • STEP 5: Use paper towel to dry the placard/area around it

If you need calorie placards for one or a few locations, you can take the calorie placard artwork you created on this site to a local printer. The placards PepsiCo is producing use a material that has a quality variance of 3.5 to 3.7 mill. The size of the placards will vary by # of flavors, # of cups sizes & equipment type as shown to the right. Email [email protected] to get a copy of these details sent to you.

PepsiCo Support: Spire
• PepsiCo will release an update prior to the May 5th compliance deadline to equip customers with the option to display calorie information for available beverages by cup name & size.
• Customer will have the ability to enable or disable this functionality. • If the customer chooses to enable this functionality, they can download the
programming instructions via www.pepsicobeveragefacts.com/fountainreports • If the customer chooses to disable this functionality, they can create and display
a placard adjacent to the Spire unit; however, the placard should not be adhered to Spire equipment.
