SPA CONSULTANCY

Spa consultancy is offered using our in-depth knowledge and operating and

designing spas within a variety of markets and locations. Our comprehensive consultancy service provides a service from conception to completion. A variety of

consultancy options can be designed according to your specific business needs.

Management & Spa Operations

This option is for non Camelot branded spas and offers the client the opportunity of

entering into a management and spa operation agreement. A management contract

or rental lease agreement will be entered into for the proposed spa operation.

Individual payment options will be discussed when interested in this option.

Assisting in day to day operations and driving the business

Analysis of the business and strategic direction for revenue optimisation

Maintaining treatment standards and procedures

Monitoring OPEX and CAPEX spending in line with budget

Mystery Guest Audits/Quality Assurance - coordination of the mystery guests

to ensure treatments are performed correctly, with the highest levels of

customer service
