Best Foot Forward is a pedestrian safety initiative with a goal of convincing drivers to yield or stop for people in crosswalks. The program uses a “Triple E” approach of education, engineering and enforcement to convince drivers to obey the law – and yield for pedestrians! Let’s all do our part by knowing and obeying the law and putting our best foot forward for pedestrian safety. Why does pedestrian safety matter in Central Florida?
