support Group meetinGs: • will provide sharing time for bereaved individuals to discuss the problems they may be encountering. Discussing thoughts can give insight into feelings and help to resolve feelings of loss.

• will provide an opportunity for those who are grieving to connect with others and learn coping skills.

one-on-one sessions:• Can be pre-scheduled to provide a time for individuals to work on specific problems they are stuggling with.
