    1. Planning:

    1a. 67 Development: Lot Split, Lots 6 & 7 Loffty Acres, Southwest2nd Street and Southwest White Oak Road, Zoned R-1, SingleFamily Residential.

    (Pages 4-7)

    The planning commission voted 6-0 recommending approval.

    The applicant has submitted a Lot Split for Lot 3 (15.81 acres) LofftyAcres. The applicant is requesting to split out the proposed Lot 7 (.25Acres) from the parent tract. The lot split is needed to construct acommunity area on Lot 7 for the White Oak Subdivision. All requiredRight of way and easements are being dedicated with this plat.

    1b. Bella Vista Church of Christ: Property Line Adjustment, Lot 1Wishing Springs Subdivision, 989 Northwest McNelly Road,Zoned A-1, Agricultural.

    The applicant has submitted a Property Line Adjustment for 3.69 acreslocated at the corner of Northwest Frontage road and Northwest McNellyRoad. The property line adjustment is needed to ensure the structures on

    site are conforming to City of Bentonville Regulations. All requiredeasements and right of way are being dedicated with this plat.

    2. Council approval of Change Order #8 in the amount of $283,125.19 andadding 90 calendar days to the SW "I" Improvements project. Note thatadditional costs will be covered by contingency so no increase to the

    contract amount. (Pages 12-21)

    3. Respectfully request to transition one existing part-time 30 hour/weeksecretary position into one new full-time 40 hour/week library specialistposition. This will result in the addition of one full-time library specialistposition for Bentonville Public Library' staffing structure. The positioncurrently exists within the City's job descriptions. All wages/benefits willcome from the Library's existing full-time salary, part-time salary andbenefits budgets. There is no additional cost. This transition willstreamline library operations, improve public services and positivelyimpact BPL's staffing structure. (Pages 22-24)

    4. City Council to declare certain vehicles as surplus to be sold at publicauction or in another appropriate manner: 1984 GMC Brush Pumper(Brush #4) Vin # 1GDJK34W7EV541101 and 2001 Dodge Durango (5020-20) Vin# 1B4HS28N01F584887. (Pages 25-26)

    5. Award bid # 11-18 to Brenntag Mid-South, Inc. for the purchase of liquidAluminum Sulfate for chemical Phosphorus removal at the wastewatertreatment plant. (Pages 27-30)

    6. Award bid # 11-10 to Pencco, Inc. for the purchase of Ferrous Sulfate forodor and corrosion control at McKissic lift station and the wastewatertreatment plant. (Pages 31-34)
