Functionally, I oversaw 60% of our entire staff, ensuring that we delivered an exceptional level of quality through marketing, advertising and sales of our products based on the annual goals and budget of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, I successfully created strategies for growth based on the needs and objectives of the credit union. Achievements: Created a sales team focused on product sales. Within six months of re- structuring, the loan portfolio showed a 50% increase in total volume of sales. Created a marketing/advertising team focused on the company brand and increasing sales through new growth, prospect marketing and demographic advertising. BRICKMAN Baltimore, MD 5/1993 - 3/2007Branch Manager, Baltimore marketBrickman, (now Brightview) was a family-owned and operated business providing commercial landscape and snow removal services throughout 23 states. Hired in 1993, Brickman was just beginning to emerge into the Baltimore market. I was fortunate to learn all aspects of the business and was most successful operating in my role as branch manager, overseeing operations and sales. My team consisted of 75-100 employees (some seasonal), including administrative roles, sales leaders, operational leaders and teams of laborers.Achievements:

Penetrated the Baltimore market taking our footprint from one branch in 1996 to four operational branches by 2006. Personally responsible for 45% of growth during that timeframe with a 90% renewal rate of continued contracts.

Developed yearly budget and exceeded annual goals by an average of 12-15% per year during my time as the branch manager.

Responsible for aspects of branch business system, including sales projections, targeted growth, production efficiencies and full P&L accountability.
