The Manors Hospital—Program Director/Program Consultant—Responsible for development,

training, and implementation of Partial and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Target initially at

trauma programs for both men and women to range full continuum of care. Responsibilities

included staff development and training, clinical supervision, program direction, quality

assurance and liaison with hospital programming. Position also required extensive marketing to

area professionals and public outreach and support for program format and its relationship to the

in-patient unit at the hospital.

RAPHA, Inc.—Clinical Director of Partial Hospitalization Programs—Responsible for the

development, implementation and clinical supervision of Day Treatment Program (partial

hospitalization on a national scale for Christian Partial hospitals, Inc., a sub-corporation of

RAPHA, Inc.). Duties included staff development and training, clinical supervision and program

direction, psychometric evaluation, quality assurance monitoring for JCAHO licensure.

Responsible for initial structure of programs subject to geographical location.

CHARIS, Inc.—Executive Director—Management and supervision of staff counselors over two

counties and three counseling centers. Individual and group counseling with adults, adolescents,

and children. Psychometric evaluation and analysis. Coordinate substance abuse program with

supervision responsibilities. Co-supervise internship program. Workshops and seminar

leadership duties and case management. Coordinate and supervise extension office for Center

Outreach to community and liaison to other agencies. Task force to develop teaching program in

Christian counseling. Supervise Adolescent Partial Hospitalization program—Dual Diagnosis.

Department of Corrections—Institutional Psychologist at Baker Correctional Institution, Olustee

Florida. Supervisory position of psychological services as administrator of programs for a

maximum-security institution. Extensive individual and group therapy, Administrator/Director of

substance abuse program, psychometric testing ( WAIS, MMPI, TAT, etc.), administration,

scoring, interpreting, analysis/psychological evaluation, crisis intervention, program

counseling and referral. Extensive counseling and investigation in the area of child abuse,

runaways, and delinquent youth.
