Mission Statement The Bendrigg Trust runs high quality courses
for disabled and disadvantaged people. We aim to promote
integration, encourage independence and build self- confidence
through the use of residential experience and the safe provision of
adventurous activities delivered by dedicated, qualified
staff.

Aims and Objectives Improve knowledge of Disabilities To have
an opportunity to work with disabled children in a fun environment
To gain experience working with children with complex needs.

My Role at Bendrigg Lodge Taking part in all activities
Demonstrating activities such as pretending to fall off the
climbing wall to reassure the children they will not fall to the
ground!! Making sure everyone was safe at all times Most
importantly, making sure everyone was happy and they had everything
they needed whilst staying at Bendrigg
