Rockmaster: This product is an economical, high strength plied rubber belt used in general service applications such as aggregate, crushed stone, hard rock, sand and gravel, ready mix cement and recycling. It is designed for general purpose applications where material size is 4" or less, material drop is 3' or less, and the idler troughing angle is 35 degrees or less.

Gravel Master: This product is an economical, general purpose reduced ply rubber belt designed primarily to convey light aggregate (4" or less), sand, wood chips and other materials that do not require high impact resistance. It is available in two and three ply, with grade II covers.

PVC – General Purpose Applications: This product is typically used for package handling, agricultural, food handling or light duty manufacturing applications. The prod-uct is constructed of 100% polyester fibers in an interwoven design. Cover compounds typically vary from interwoven PVC designed for economical general conveying applications and include more severe applications such as elevators. Applications can vary from slider bed, roller bed or live roller applications. Other cover compounds include: polyurethane covers for demanding applications, rough top impressions designed for quiet long lasting performance on high speed parcel and package handling incline or decline systems. Food grade cover com-pounds are USDA/FDA approved.

Package Handling/Flat Conveying: Trans-mission belting is used in a wide variety of con-veyor applications for both slider bed and roller applications. These belts may be run with either side contacting the pulleys, making it possible to address application specifics. Our Silent Partner branded belts have superior tracking, low stretch and no ply separation which increase belt life and reduce lifetime maintenance. The Silent Partner belt was developed specifically for low noise op-erations. This innovative single ply needled fabric belt gives it excellent flex over small pulleys and low noise emissions.

Rubber Rough Tops: These belts are con-structed of a high strength flexible synthetic car-cass with various types of rough tops for different applications. Black belting is typically used for low cost, economical inclines or declines. Tan rough top is designed for non-marking applications. The brown rough top is designed for applica-tions where oil or grease is common. The blue carboxilated nitrile rough top typically yields longer service life than a standard rubber rough top. Diamond Top style belting is available in black and tan, and is used for gripping packages or prod-ucts conveyed on steep inclines or declines.
