Choose a topic that fascinates you and have the freedom to explore it in-depth. Conduct animal behavior research at Yosemite National Park. Collaborate with NASA to study space weather. Work alongside a faculty mentor to investigate the effects of a concussion. An internship with the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. A semester spent working at the Smithsonian National Zoo.
