• Retain and enhance front garden setting; • Retain small-medium building scale;• Retain uniformity of scale, including single storey height, detached composition, regular front and side setbacks and side or rear driveways, building separation and subdivision pattern;• Encourage traditional building design, which includes detached buildings, hipped and/or gable roof forms (pitch 20 to 35 degrees), front/side verandahs, minimal timber detailing;• Encourage fences <1300mm; and• Encourage development at the rear of existing/infi ll buildings.
