BOARD REPORT

The Board met in October and November and reviewed the monthly financials, deed restriction violations and delinquent accounts. The Board approved several expenses for maintenance including repairs to leaking sprinkler lines, fall mulch application and repainting of the pool fence. The Board also approved the installation of electricity at the entrances to facilitate Holiday decorations next year. The 2013 budget has been approved and a copy is provided in this issue and on the Bella Vista website: http://www.bellavista-hoa.com/bellavista/home.asp.

Monthly Board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month and a notice will be posted on the Bella Vista website with the location at least 3 days before the meeting. If you would like to receive an email of the meeting notice, please register on the Bella Vista website under “email bulletins.”

Lights/decorations are allowed on the home’s exterior for publicly observed holidays provided that such lights/decorations are not permanent fixtures. The lights/ decorations shall not be installed more than forty five (45) days prior to and must be removed within thirty (30) days after the holiday has ended.
