WALLSAll bricks to comply with SABS 227. All external walls to be 230mm cavity walls with clay bricks. All internal walls to be 190 & 90mm clay bricks.Gundle® API Brickgrip DPC 250µm (or equally approved) damp proof course below all cills and above all slabs, openings and other bridges to cavity walls and vertical DPC to sides of all openings. FLOORSAll surface beds to be specified floor finish on min. 30mm

screed on min 100 mm r.c. surface bed to engineer's spec on 250 mic DPM on clean compacted sand. All fills

to be well compacted in layers, maximum 150mm thick to engineer's specification and approval.

WALLSAll bricks to comply with SABS 227. All external walls to be 230mm cavity walls with clay bricks. All internal walls to be 190 & 90mm clay bricks.Gundle® API Brickgrip DPC 250µm (or equally approved) damp proof course below all cills and above all slabs, openings and other bridges to cavity walls and vertical DPC to sides of all openings. Weep holes @ 600mm intervals. DPC under cavity walls must be 150mm above finished ground level and cavity beneath DPC must be concrete filled.

ROOF FLASHING:Ridge flashing - 231x231mm, girth 462. Valley flashing - 231x231mm, girth 462 Side flashing - 77x221mm, girth 308. Counter flashing - 30x112mm, girth 154 Barge flashing - 231x231mm, girth 462. Shall be manufactured from Safintra 0,58mm thick, AZ150 ZincAl®

CEILING INSULATION:135mm Aerolite or equally approved insulation material on top of ceiling brandering. All in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.

CEILINGS:6.4mm Gypsum Ceiling board, nailed onto 38x38mm SA Pine brandering @ 400mm c/c. Joints to be covered with Fibatape. Ceiling to be smooth skimmed and painted.Polysterene Cornice fitted and painted, profile by client. Where indicated, bulkheads to be constructed accordingly.Suspended ceilings to underside of concrete slabs, otherwise skimmed & painted.

WALL FINISHWalls are to be plastered internally and externally unless

otherwise specified, and to be finished with approved plaster primer and 2 topcoat paint. All paint to be applied in strict

accordance with manufacturer specifications.

STEEL ROOFSafintra 0,58mm thick, AZ150 ZincAl® Corrugated Profile Roof

Sheeting, fixed to SA PINE timber purlins at 1100mm centres, with 12x45mm class 3 timber self drilling screws. Sheets to be fixed with 3
