Scope of work- Project Title: Metro-1(9052) UGC PJT, Location: Riyadh (COA), Contract No.4400004660

Supervision of contractors works, extra high voltage (380KV) underground cable of

1*1/C*2500mm2 XLPE Cables, projects for Riyadh metro project double circuit from 9052 S/S

TO 9026/9004 S/S by following SEC Standard &specifications for pulling, Jointing activities for

power &DTS cables and connect termination to (GIS) compartment by coordinating with

contractor &GIS Manufacturer (ABB, Alstom). With supervision of electrical &HV tests

(gassing &de-gassing) &Installation of (OFMR&DTS) Panels inside communication &control

room as well.

Responsibilities:

Ensures that the project as per SEC standard &specification.

Ensure that the progress at site is as per approved time schedule & Drawing.

Inspect work done, samples, materials, workmanship, 380kv cable laying, and

transposition, jointing &marking phases as per (IFC) &schematic diagram drawing,

ensuring compliance with project documents.

Follow up and supervising all requests for inspection (RFI’s).

Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, ITP

and method of statement.

Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the

progress and manpower,

Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site& raising site

Project: including115/13.8kv substation+ two 115kv underground

cables:

One line of 1*1/C*1600mm2 XLPE Cables, between jubail community-

2(8AB) 380/115kv BSP to mardomah 20BD 115/13.8KV& other line from

mardomah 21BD 115/13.8kv to mardomah 20BD 115/13.8KV &all cable

activities like: excavation of the trench, pulling power cables, backfilling,

jointing ,termination & Fiber optic cables pulling with installation of

hand holes &link boxes.

Responsibilities:

Ensures that the projects as per Aramco, RC, SEC standard &specifications. Ensure that the progress at site is as per approved time schedule 115kv cable laying, and transposition, jointing &marking phases as per (IFC)

Drawing ensuring compliance with project documents. Follow up and supervising all requests for inspection (RFI’s) with client inspector. Report &discuss any difficulties and other problems that may arise at the site to

project manager.

line. Submit all base design for 115kv /13.8KV GIS S/S to RC&SEC. Submit method of statement for each work at site to RC for approval. Supervision for all labor, technicians &foramen.

Follow Electrical activities for FSF-5 Power transmission line project in electrical engineer position:

Project including installation of 33KV UGC,overhead line, Ring Main Unit (RMU),electrical

submersible pumps(ESP)for(HV), Main Distribution Board(MDB), Air Condition system,

lighting system,(PCP)pumps for (LV),step down transformer from 33kv to 415v& testing(HI

pot test,meggering for 33KV cable & winding resistance test for transformer) and installation

of both temporary and permanent cathodic protection system for follow line and OGMs.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with electrical team for on‐going electrical activities.

Following with inspector all regarding electrical activities such as cable pulling,

laying, connection, pole erections ,stringing conductor, termination (indoor

&outdoor ), installation of 50kVA transformer ,earthing grid, lighting fixture and

lightening system(MDB),(RMU) panel areva type for connecting 33KV feeders&

transformer with fuses protection along with testing activities for

(MDB,RMU,CABLES,TR..etc).

Review shop drawing and execute it at site as per client specification.

Construction for two (2) no. (16MVA), 66/33KV, ONAN/ONAF auto power

transformer, OLTC taps on 66KV.

Installation of 11KV switchgear with SF6 circuit breaker.

Installing Internal (sacrificial) and External (bottom of tank) Cathodic Protection

System on tanks and cathodic protection system for Piling Skids as well, using two

transformer unit for all site.

Carry out all tests required for transformers, RMU, cables, MDP, CIS, cathodic

protection system and energizing for ESP and PCP.

Preparing for Shut down plan and tie-in.

Report any difficulties and other problems that may arise at the site including HSE

issues.
