The first order of business is to establish template preferences. You no longer GO HOME into

the folder utilizing the Behavioral Health Specialty Template Set.

Click on Tools & Preferences

From Template tab of pop-up find and select the templates illustrated below. Then click APPLY &

OK to save.

To get to the new HOME for Behavioral Health documentation, click on the Template

Preferences icon to produce the pop-up illustrated below. Click on the BH-Home selection.

History of present illness shown below. Then click on HPI Detail below.
