Approach: Sitting Less

Warning: Before

The room is pretty messy because I essentially had to dump two boxes onto my couch to make the standing desk.

After

I created a standing desk where I used to have a repository of stuff I would never touch

I moved some of my photography equipment to the main desk, because it acts as triggers for me to go outside and take photos.

I removed my chair entirely.

Results!

See my behavior guide to some fantastic results from people who implemented this change!

Some other changes

I moved all the sweets into a cabinet that is harder to reach. I also divided the sweets and candies I had into sweet and salty, with the saltier items further up (and farther away).

Lastly

One last (minor) change I made was to make my toothbrush more prominentin my bathroom - as a resultI noticed I was more keenon keeping the toothbrush completely clean, and alsoto use it more often.
