Beginning calligraphy classes
At the fresno art hub
Teacher: Linda Caine
Date: Thursday morning 10-11:30 AM or 2-3:30 PM
Classes: Series of 4 Classes each 11/2 Hours Long
Cost: $80.00 for the whole series ($20.00 per class)
Materials: practice paper and project guides are provided.
In addition you will need to purchase:
Calligraphy pen set:
I recommend the sheaffer calligraphy per set that includes
3 pens and 3 nibs (fine, , medium, and broad)- or just purchase
a couple of pens individually, making sure you get one with
a fine nib, and one with a medium nib. This means you don’t
have to keep changing the nib when you want to use
another size.
Allards art supplies, on the east side of blackstone, between
shaw and Barstow, (next to trader joe’s) have them in
stock, and will give a 10% discount to anyone taking a
calligraphy class at the fresno art hub.
