BEFORE THE BOARD OF STEVENS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

RESCINDING RESOLUTION #52-2017AND APPROVING PRIVATE ROADNAMES AS A MASTER LIST

IN THE MATTER OF PRIVATE ROADNAMES

RESOLUTION NO. 10-2018

WHEREAS, a policy for addressing and naming private roads in the unincorporated areas of StevensCounty was established by Resolution #40-1997; AND,

WHEREAS, the Board finds the attached list of proposed private road names has been approved by amajority of landowners using said roads; AND,

WHEREAS, the Board finds necessary corrections to previous resolutions approving private road namescan best be accomplished by repeal of the previous resolutions and incorporation of all private roadnames into one master list.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Stevens County,Washington that the attached list of private road names is hereby approved and Resolution #52-2017 ishereby rescinded.

Passed by the Board of Stevens County Commissioners meeting in regular session at Colville,Washington, by the following vote, then signed by its membership and attested to by its Clerk inauthorization of such passage the 6th day of February, 2018 .

We agree to pay for the manufacture and installation a County Approved Road Sign. We agree tomaintain and replace this County Approved Road Sign as necessary.
