ABSTRACT
Employees training have in recent years become the focus of attention of
management all around the world. The Research Problem is reflected in the Objective
of the study to gain better understanding towards the trainees perception and
expectations regarding the training program in MRF Company. The major Limitation
of the Study is the research is conducted only with 100 employees of the MRF Ltd at
Arakkonam. The study was carried-out as a descriptive Research and I used the
Probability sampling Procedure by choosing the respondents in a Convenience
Sampling Type and with the Questioner a Tool, the primary and secondary datas are
used.
The data are analyzed by using two statistical tools such as Percentage analysis,
correlation analysis and also Tables and Charts are used to illustrate the datas.
Therefore, the findings and suggestions are given based on the literature review and
data analysis results. An attempt has been made in this study to gain a better
understanding of how training affect the growth of organization and its employees and
the training quality has been improved since the TPM had been introduced in MRF Ltd.
Furthermore, the study offers suggestions given with the hope to increase the quality of
training in MRF Ltd Arakkonam where the study actually took place and to present a
guideline to managers to allocate their resources on the employees training and
development to improve growth of organization according to its relative importance in
business.
