How to accomplish thisDuring the cold war getting government contracts was fairly easy because congress was paranoid about losing the space race to the Soviet Union.So I need to create a new space race, I will accomplish this by hiring lobbyists and creating some new threat based on whatever rogue regime is present at the time.
