Preface : Themes Theme1: Dont Hide Your Talent You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. - Matthew 5:14

I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here you have what is yours. But his master answered him, You wicked and slothful servant! .you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interestSo take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents.For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. Theme 2: Growing is a Process We dont make mistakes, we make adjustments - Eric Thomas. No baby jumps up and starts running out the door, no caterpillar turns directly into a butterfly. People often the the first step, fall, and never try to walk again. Once you get a new start, always ask the question how can I improve this.

Theme 3: Covenant over Coveting (Appreciate Yourself) The Tenth commandment tells us not to covet anything of our neighbors. This commandment is awesome because it gets to the root of all the other commandments : Dont lie, murder, commit adultery, rest on sabbath. We normally violate all those principles because were trying to get something we dont already have. Instead of trying to get stuff we dont need, we should live in covenant with God by not prostituting ourselves ( violating principles) to get something we dont have. Be beautiful in heart, thats what make you truly beautiful.

Theme 4: Appreciate Others The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you!" And the head cannot say to the feet, "I don't need you! - 1 Corinthians 12:21. We all have different skin color, features, and talents

Theme 5: Use your WHOLE Brain You have a creative brain, and an analytical brain . You should ask questions and do activities that engages both in order to make those dreams come true. For example: Play and instruments, then read a book. Read a book, and listen to music ( without lyrics) . Engage both sides of your brain.

Theme 6 : Keep the Commandments Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. ( Ecclesiastes 12:13) Keep things simple, know Gods commandments: The Greatest Commandments, The Ten Commandments, keep them, and they will keep you.

Theme 7: Smile. Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. - Matthew 5:11

Never look at hardship as something bad. When people treat you wrong your reward is growing in heaven. If they kill you youre with Jesus, and if they let you live praise God.

Theme 8: Be On Time , All the Time "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. - Luke 16:10 Success is doing what you said youre going to do. When you flake out on small things youre building a habit of losing. For your own sake always be on time with promises in order to create for yourself a healthy self-esteem, and culture of winning. Guilt comes from lying and violating our principles, but if we are keeping our principles, then we win.

Theme 9: Have positive self-talk ..whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirableif anything is excellent or praiseworthythink about such things. - Phillipians 4:8

A Reflection of Love The love God has for us is compared to the love a husband has for his wife. I wrote this album because this is the way I feel, and the way I plan to be when I get married. I think many of our problems today would be solved if husband truly loved their wives, the way Christ loves the church . One of the greatest things my dad did for me , is that he gave me a stable home by consistently loving my mother and showing it through handwork, sacrifice, and patience. I thank God for men in women like my dad and mom who showed me how to love. May this type of love continue to inspire generations to come.
