• Once a year, the cinema industry meets at the HDF Filmtheater Congress!

• On behalf of HDF KINO e.V. (Main Association of German Film Theaters), Forum Film Mediengesellschaft mbH (FoFi, the

100% subsidiary) organizes the congress

• With over 600 member companies representing approximately 3,236 screens, the HDF is the largest national cinema

association and the strongest advocacy group for cinema operators.

• The HDF maintains and promotes the common interests of cinemas in Germany.

• The association represents the concerns of cinemas over the other branches of the film industry
