Wealth Dragons Were Born

Wealth Dragons Group PLC is a promoter of education that offers people the tools and skills which are not traditionally taught in schools. Since 2009, tens of thousands of people have attended over 500 of our seminars primarily in the UK, learning a variety of topics such as property investing, forex trading, public speaking, entrepreneurship amongst others. Our online platform simply known as ‘Wealth Dragons’ was launched in 2019. In the same year, the group became listed on the Direct Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, marking the new era of a global company.

John Lee and Vincent Wong met in 2007 during the buy-to-let property boom in the UK. Their families both came from humble backgrounds as immigrants in the UK from Hong Kong. At the height of the financial crisis in 2008, they began teaching their groundbreaking strategies in small seminars, allowing people to continue investing in property without using mortgage finance and deposits.

Wealth Dragons was founded in 2009 and its seminars started to grow in popularity and numbers. Vincent is known as the “Father of Lease Options” in three countries and John has become the face of the company inspiring millions of people on social media. They have published three books through Wiley Publishing, namely ‘The Wealth Dragon Way’, ‘Property Entrepreneur’ and ‘Business Hack’. These seminars last from three hours to two days and the size of these events range from a few hundred to a few thousand people. The signature events include ‘Wealth Mastery Live’, ‘Property Entrepreneur Bootcamp’ and ‘Lifestyle Business Convention’.

Anyone wishing to reach the next level may register for our advanced training courses. Co-founder Vincent Wong’s signature program ‘Deal-Maker Intensive’ has taught many people in different countries how to acquire property using unconventional strategies. Co-founder John Lee’s famous ‘Guerrilla Marketing Bootcamp’ fits right in the landscape.

ONE TO ONE£12,500 plus VAT

This is the advanced level which consists of one-to-one coaching and mentoring programs with our highly trained coaches. Students will benefit from tailored programs based on their circumstances and goals. Each year, we take a group of individuals who wish to reach the highest level in their public speaking to join John and Vincent in Bali for the ‘World Class Speaker Mastery’ retreat where they will immerse themselves in their transformational processes. The end results are described as life-changing.

LEVEL 1 - YOU INVESTYou, as the franchisee, will front the expenditure for an event based on an agreed budget. This will include the marketing and

operational costs for a successful Level One event.

LEVEL 2 - YOU GET PAID BACKAs soon as sales are completed at Level One, you will get back your entire initial capital you put up for the event. Your overall

investment for this event is zero.

LEVEL 3 - PROFIT SHAREAttendees from Level One will now be attending their training programmes at Level Two. Any profits made at these

programmes for Level Three will be split between us. The cycle will complete within three months.

In our partnership arrangement, you, as our franchisee, would fund our Level One event costs. These costs will be immediately reimbursed to you after the event, guaranteed. Profits will be shared with you from upsells at Level Two, when clients attend their training programs. Our statistics and metrics are supported by our previous events and audited in accordance with the requirements set out by Vienna Stock Exchange.

For example, let’s say our Level One costs total £50,000 which will cover the marketing, venue hire, audio and visual setup. At Level One, if we have 200 people showing up and 40 people will buy a course at £1,665, our revenue will come to £66,000. We will make back at least the £50,000 which will be repaid to you. Your overall investment for this event is zero and will entitle you to our profit share at Level Two.

Now the forty people who bought at Level One will attend our three-day programmes at Level Two. In this programme, there will be an upsell to our Level Three mentoring programmes for £12,500. Our past statistics suggest that we would achieve a minimum 15% conversion or six sales, i.e. a revenue of £75,000. After deducting the cost of £10,000 for the delivery of this Level Two programme, the gross profit of £65,000 will be shared with you on a 50:50 basis. Your share will come to £32,500.

The following is a timeline for an event cycle for organising Level One and Level Two events. It takes approximately three to four weeks to plan a Level One event. Marketing will start from week one for at least eight weeks. If Level One is delivered in week 8, we will fulfil Level Two in the following four weeks which will take you up to week 12. Collection of fees generated from Level Two will begin at the same time and may continue beyond the end of week 12*.

*Your profit share will be issued to you within 30 days of money received from our clients.

FRANCHISEE FEEYour franchise fee is £50,000 + VAT. This is a one-off fee for our partnership that would allow you to enjoy this profit share opportunity for a period of three years. We will run an event at least three times a year and more if desired. It should take between one to two events to make back your initial investment, although results may vary.

WORKING CAPITALThe working capital budget per event is set at £50,000 + VAT. This may be set higher should you wish to run a bigger event by mutual agreement. Since the £50,000 working capital is recycled per event and guaranteed to be paid back, any profit you make at Level Two represents an infinite ROI.

YOUR GUARANTEEWe will guarantee your entire working capital budget will be repaid upon 30 days of finishing the event. This may be rolled over to the next event.

TERMS & CONDITIONSThese are the Terms and Conditions of Wealth Dragons Limited, a subsidiary of Wealth Dragons Group Plc and a company registered in England and Wales under number 06950495 whose registered office is at Carina House West, Linford Wood Business Park, Sunrise Parkway, Milton Keynes MK14 6LS and which is also the company’s normal place of business.

In these Terms and Conditions, “we” or “us” means Wealth Dragons Limited or the franchisor and “you” means the franchisee of the franchise partnership as explained in this attached brochure (“franchise”).

By making a payment specified in Proposal Acceptance on page 17 of this brochure, you agree to the terms and

conditions that form a legally binding agreement between you and us (“Agreement”).

In consideration of the provision of the franchise, the franchise fee (“franchise fee”) and the working capital

(“working capital”) must be paid in full as defined in Proposal Acceptance upon signing the Agreement.

Both the franchise fee and working capital are non-refundable upon receipt by us.

We reserve the right to exercise complete control over the utilisation of the working capital and all decisions in

relation to the organizing and running of the event to which the working capital is related. Once the working

capital is received, under normal circumstances it will be deployed within three months.

We agree to reimburse you the working capital in full within 30 days after the event unless requested by you for

this amount to be rolled over for the next event. Although the agreement is with WDL, the working capital is

guaranteed by WDG Plc.

You agree to finance three events a year using the agreed working capital. Failure to do so by not providing us

with the working capital will result in you becoming liable for the remaining capital for the remainder of the

Agreement. In which case, we reserve the right to terminate the Agreement.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any planned events including any events for which the marketing

has commenced and cost incurred if we consider it necessary to do so for any reason. This does not affect your

entitlement to the reimbursement of the working capital upon completion of the next event at a later date.

We reserve the right to terminate the Agreement for any reason with immediate effect by giving notice to you.

If termination by us occurs prior to a planned event, you will be reimbursed your working capital in full and your

franchise fee on a pro rata basis.

You are entitled to the profit share from upsales made at our inhouse programmes such as Deal-Maker Intensive,

Guerrilla Marketing Bootcamp and Ultimate Speaker Camp. You are not entitled to any profit share of any

external speakers contracted to us.

You will be paid your profits, subject to all the monies received from the sales, which could complete beyond 90

days of running the level two programmes. This includes any instalment plans as agreed with our clients.

You acknowledge and agree that the ownership of all Training Programme materials and the intellectual

property (including without limitation copyright, patents, design right (whether registered or unregistered),

registered and unregistered trade marks and service marks, know-how, processes and rights in inventions or

ideas) comprised in those Training Programme materials belongs to and remains owned by us at all times.

We do not normally offer refunds to our clients in accordance with our events' terms and conditions. However,

there may be circumstances in which we decide to do so for any reason. In which case, any profit share already

issued to you needs to be refunded to us by us offsetting against any future payments to you. Should that be

your last event, we may proceed to recover this amount from you.

Some speakers involved in Training Programmes are independent contractors and retain ownership of the

intellectual property rights in their materials although we are permitted by them to deliver Training Programmes

using their materials.

We shall not be in breach of this Agreement nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of our

obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond

our reasonable control, including but not limited to: strikes riots, terrorism, acts of God or any law or action

taken by a government or public authority. In such circumstances we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension

of the time for providing the Training Programme. If the period of delay or non-performance continues and

results in the failure of us delivering three events a year, either party may terminate this Agreement by giving 14

days’ written notice to the other party. In such case, any working capital will be repaid by us in full and the

franchise fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis.

Except where otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, all notices or other communications must be sent

to the address specified in the attached brochure.

Any failure to exercise or delay in exercising any power or right by a party does not operate as a waiver of that

power or right, nor does any single exercise of any power or right preclude any other or further exercise of it.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the party which is waiving the right or power.

Each of these Terms and Conditions is to be construed as independent of every other term so that the invalidity,

illegality or unenforceability of any term shall not affect the other terms, all of which will remain in full force and

effect.

This Agreement may not be varied except in writing signed by both parties.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and cancels and supersedes any and all

previous agreements (whether oral or written, expressed or implied) between you and us relating to the subject

matter of this Agreement. Except for the express written terms of this Agreement, the parties acknowledge and

agree that in entering into this Agreement they have not relied on or been induced by any warranty, statement

or representation of the other or any other person relating to this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall

affect any liability of a party for fraudulent misrepresentation. For the sake of clarity, the agreement is not just

based on these terms and conditions, but the entire brochure. The franchisee understands that the case studies

are for illustration purposes only but the entire offer is based on the proposal set out in the brochure although

actual performance cannot be guaranteed

No term of this Agreement is intended for the benefit of any third party, and none of these terms shall be

enforceable by a third party either under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act or otherwise. This

Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby irrevocably agree that

the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this Agreement or

otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
