Step 1 - Sponsor Information

• Select Country of Residence UK

• Enter Sponsor’s information

• Note: this Online Distributor Application is for UK residents only

Step 2 - Application

• Complete the Distributor Application

• Create a PIN Code of your choice

• Note: you must enter a passport or driver licence number for validation purposes. If neither of these numbers can be validated by the system please upload a copy to continue with the application.

• If you only have a passport or driver licence and the validation fails for either of these two, enter a dummy number and proceed to upload a copy of your passport or driver licence

Step 3 – Agreement

• Read the agreement

• Select “I Agree”

• If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions please contact Distributor Services on 0845 056 0606

Step 4 - IBP and Shipping Information

• Enter your shipping information

Step 5 – IBP Payment Information

• Enter your credit / debit card details

Confirmation

• Confirmation page appears

• Distributor can print or save the Distributor Application, the ID Card and the IBP confirmation

• Simply click on the link below the images to display each document

Printable documents

• Distributors can print or save to a personal computer the Completed Distributor Application along with the Agreement of Distribution, the ID Card and the IBP order confirmation

Confirmation E-mails

• Confirmation e-mails immediately generated to the new Distributor as well as the Sponsor

• Distributors will receive 3 e-mails:– Welcome email with PIN Code– Email with ID card and personal

information summary– Email with IBP order information

• Sponsor will receive 1 e-mail:– New active Distributor in your

downline detailing the actual Herbalife ID number and name

7 days cooling off period

• Please remind all your new applicants that a 7 days cooling off period applies to the UK.

• The Distributorship will therefore become fully active on the 7th day after submission of the online application

• During the 7 days cooling off period, new Distributors may purchase up to the value of £200 (inclusive the cost of purchasing the IBP)
