BECAUSEBecause of FRUSTRATION with OBAMACARE2,500 pages No ONE can read and UNDERSTAND

That do not address the PROBLEMSAND HAS REQUIRED 15,000 PAGES OF RULESTO TRY TO EXPLAIN IT

3PHYSICIANS FOR A NATIONAL HEALTH PROGRAMExcerpts from a statement released by leaders of PNHP on June 28, 2012The Affordable Care Act (ACA/ObamaCare) Is NOT a remedy to our health care crisis1. Leave 26 million uninsured2. Health care not affordable because of high co-pays and gaps in coverage that leave patients vulnerable to financial ruin in the event of serious illness3. It will not control costs

PNHP ContinuedPolls have repeatedly shown an improved Medicare for all, which meets these criteria, is the remedy preferred by two-thirds of the population. A solid majority of the medical profession now favors such an approach, as well.

NATIONAL CENTER FOR POLICY ANALYSIS - NCPASeptember 25, 2012 Article of the NCPAOver the next 10 years, more than half the cost of Obama Care ($716 billion) is to be paid for by reduced Medicare spendingThe Obama administration had hoped to achieve these reductions by increased efficiency, based on the results of pilot projects and demonstrationsThe problem: The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has said in three consecutive reports that these projects are not working as planned andARE UNLIKELY TO SAVE MONEY.

16MEDICAID & CHIPPeople on Medicaid and CHIP will no longer be on Medicaid and CHIP

Because they will be covered by the Plan

17MEDICAID AND CHIPThere will no longer be MEDICAID or CHIP under this planTherefore States will no longer be responsible for a share of the costs of these two programsThis will save the states approximately $100 billion each year

This will save the States approximately $100 Billion 18SMALL BUSINESSESMore and more Small Businesses can no longer afford to provide Health Insurance for their employees

Small businesses generally pay lower wages

This Plan makes it possible for Small Businesses to provide Health Insurance

Because the premiums are based on a percent of wages

19ALL SHALL PARTICIPATEAll people in the United States shall participate in the PlanNo one shall be able to opt out, whether provided by an employer or the person is self-employedYoung people may think they are invincible and do not need this coverageHowever, if they have an appendicitis attack or are severely injured in an accident, Americans will not let them dieBecause their wages will normally be low, so will their premiums
