Osher Lifelong Learning Institute Round Table Join other OLLI-U of W members in discussing the events of the day in an informal and friendly environment with a beautiful view of Lake Washington and Bellevue. You may also join the group as an observer. The observers will be able to sit back and relax and learn from the dialogue. Inclement Weather Policy - Daytime Classes & Programs

Daytime classes and programs are cancelled if the MI School District cancels due to severe weather

conditions. If the MI School District is running two hours late, then morning classes (before 10am)

are cancelled. A determination about afternoon and evening classes will be made by 12pm. Facility

operation and class cancellation information is recorded on the Inclement Weather Hotline at

(206) 275-7894. Make up classes will be rescheduled if possible; if not then a credit will be given for

the cancelled class. It is the responsibility of each participant in Parks & Recreation programs to

know if their program has been cancelled due to school district delays or cancellations of school. If

participants are unsure whether a programs has been cancelled, they can call the Inclement

Weather Hotline at (206) 275-7894 or go to the school district website at

www.mercerislandschools.org. For all other cancellations, participants will be notified by either a

staff member or the program instructor.
