Bearing Moving Machine

What did I do?Since 29 June until 10 July 27, 2015. I received the assignment,

How did I do that?First, I drew 3D parts of a jig with guide and pin. So, I was able to analyze

function of each part in order to create on my own. After that, I assembled those parts

together and then made cylinder working. At this point, I knew how the hood jig work.

Subsequently, I started creating BH22 jig. First thing I got to do was locating

an exact location of the head clamp and I then figured out the jig `s body part such as

sizes, appearance, shape and strength. It took me several days to design BH22 because I

was not used to designing a jig. BH22 was my first jig design. For the others, It took me

2 days to design and create 3D parts of them.

What were advantages and knowledge I got?I had never designed a jig before but now I know how to design

a jig, what size and shape it should be, how to choose the proper size

of cylinder. The most important thing is now I can apply these

knowledge for the rest of my life.
