Care and Maintenance

The Pool shall immediately be filled with clean, clear potable water. Water which contains contaminants, minerals and/or iron deposits shall not be used. any soil or dirt that falls into the pool shall immediately be removed, as this may stain the Beadcrete surface. Once the pool has been filled, the water chemistry must be balanced and maintained to the following levels: Chemistry LevelpH 7.2 – 7.6Total Alkalinity mg/L 80 – 120Calcium Hardness mg/L 150 for first 12 months of pool operationCalcium Hardness mg/L 100 – 250 after 12 months of pool operation. Free Chlorine 1.5 – 3.0Stabilized Pools (Cyanuric Acid) 2.5 – 4.0  Chemistry levels shall be achieved as soon as possible and thereinafter checked and adjusted daily/ weekly and records of such tests should be maintained.
