If there is an existing company you can also work as an employed chief executive officer. you are not the only owner of the company (less than

50% company shares) general power of attorney or commercial power of

attorney necessary qualification for the job (e.g., business

studies) no one-man company

The qualification depends on the specific job offer. • Advantage Shorter processing time and easier access to the labor market. • Disadvantage Permanent residence permit after five years and higher social contributions to the company. • So you can spend up to 90 days within 180 days in Germany and attend to business meetings if necessary.

• The business visa can be issued for several years and thus offers a high degree of flexibility.
