project’s brief: the oil bottle should exhalt the oil’s organoleptic properties and communicate its values; finally, it should represent De Vecchi, a famous silverware shop in Milan, that combines tradition and innovation.
Enhance the preciousness of olive oil.

Glow can autonomously generate soap foam while floating and diffuse light of seven different colours. to generate foam it uses disposable cartridges that contain aromatherapy perfumed liquid soap, the “Glow caps”, whilst to diffuse light, the object uses rGB lED technology.
Warm and relaxing atmosphere.

prometeoCombine harvester for sunflower plantspolitecnico di Milano 2005
prometeo is a sustainable product service system capable of simplifying the Biofuel production process. the machine is powered by biofuel and the bodywork is made of biopolymer CPLA; it picks up sunflower’s seeds, necessary to produce the Biofuel, and sunflower’s stalks, that the machine packs up in big balls for the construction industry. Finally, the combine harvester doesn’t have a control cab but it’s guided from a distance by a laptop, using a combination of GpS and drive by wire.

NECESSITY
SnapFood containerWorkshop ABM plastics S.p.a. 2012
Snap is a hermetic food container, designed for food preservation inside fridge and freezer, for food transportation, food storage and food heating inside microwave. it measures 200x80x114 mm, it’s made of pp and rubber, and it’s feasible with the bi-injection moulding technique.the rubber part is inspired by people’s observation while using additional plastic wrap for their lunchbox: the rubber ring conveys a safe sensation, a sensorial feedback of the lock and it reminds the past habit of using elastic to close preserve jars.

Everybody communicates a lot about himself through what, where, how and how much he eats.
