Act Kind: Kimberly Bowen (Marketing)

Kim manages all of our pharmacy marketing programs, including all of the transactional and promotional printed and digital communications, for each of our almost 20 pharmacies! She's also single-handedly documented all of the processes for delivering these communications digitally and in print, figuring out how to automate the processes and make them more efficient, how to improve the customer experience by testing different content and materials, and how to improve cost-effectiveness. She is constantly working to identify new opportunities and solve ongoing issues-and always with a smile on her face. Kim is one of thehardest-working and nicest people in the company. She radiates kindness and care with everything she does, and she always has an optimistic outlook.
