One-time Registration Fee per family of $40.
Multi-child discount of $10 per week for families that have youth or family memberships and attend full weeks.
Tuition is based on your contracted days.
There are designated weeks of the year that we are open but do not charge tuition. All other weeks will be charged regardless of attendance.
Tuition is due by noon each Friday (unless another agreement is in place with the Director) to continue receiving care.

Let us look after your child while you keep yourself healthy! Parents using the service must be participating in Y activities.. Infants 6 weeks-6 months must be pre-registered. SUMMER PROGRAMMING
Are you looking for a full-day summer program for your child? If so, the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA provides Y B.R.E.A.K. (Bringing R Enrich-ment Activities to Kids) and Energyze at the Y! Full-week enrollment fills up quickly and spaces are limited. We encourage you to register early. Y B.R.E.A.K. (children ages 5 - children going into 5th grade) June 15 - August 14 Registration opens February 3: Online or In House Weekly activities include swimming, gymnastics, walking field trips, and more. All students in Y B.R.E.A.K. will participate in MPSD summer school programming. When summer school is over, celebrate the end of the summer with a whole week packed full of field trips to local attractions! Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are provided. Rates for Y B.R.E.A.K. 2020 Weeks 1-8 3 days/week 5 days/week Members* $80 $100 Nonmembers $105 $140 Week 9 3 days/week 5 days week (reflects full day care and field trip costs) Members* $110 $140 Nonmembers $150 $195 *Must have a family membership at time of registration through Week 9 to receive discounted rates. Many insurance companies offer wellness benefits to their insured which include discounts on their fitness facility membership rates. Our YMCA participates in several of these programs. Stop in at the Membership Services desk with your health insurance card to see what you qualify for. GROUP EXERCISE LAND CLASSES These classes are included with your Y membership. Check the group exercise schedule or our app for days and times. ACTIVE TOGETHER®: Cardio (in the form of simple-combination step),
strength-training, and balance/flexibility. Great for all exercisers!
BODY SCULPT: Variety of strength-training methods including
traditional strength work, endurance and functional strength.
CARDIO KICKBOXING is an action packed workout that combines a
series of punching & kicking combinations, improving strength, muscle
tone & endurance.
CYCLING: Find your own rhythm in a cycling workout that delivers
maximum cardio results with minimum impact on your joints.
DANCE FITNESS: A fun way to spice up your workout regimen. It is an
aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and
troughs of intensity.
FIT XPRESS: Mixes traditional callisthenic & body weight exercises with
interval & strength training. Typically outdoors when weather allows.
FLEX & FLOW: You will bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga
moves and embrace elements of Pilates and Yoga.
FOAM ROLLING/STRETCH: Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release
(SMR) technique. It can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and
inflammation, and increase your range of motion.
GROUP POWER® is an hour of POWER! This is a 60 minute barbell class
that strengthens all major muscle groups in an inspiring and motivating
group environment.
GROUP RIDE®/R30® is a thrilling cardio workout inspired by outdoor
cycling.
KETTLEBELL AMPD®: Takes heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves
and combines them into calorie-torching fun.
MOVING FOR BETTER BALANCE: Strengthen your mind and soul, as well
as your body. Available for older adults to help improve their balance,
prevent falls and increase confidence in performing everyday activities.

RIPPED®: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance,
all wrapped up into a 50-minute workout that will leave you feeling
accomplished.
RIPPED RUMBLE®: an authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed-
martial arts class adapted for the group exercise environment.
RHYTHM AEROBICS: Fun and easy-to-follow dance moves with the
extra bonus of increased heartrate!

WATER YOGA: Gentle Vinyasa Flow adaptable to ALL levels. Water
is very supportive. A great stretch and a little meditation
WATER JOG: Travel from shallow to deeper water using water
resistance to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance
and increase strength.

TUMBLE BUGS (2 .5- 3 YEARS) Structured beginning gymnastics activities. No adult participation needed. This class focuses on jumping, rolling, and swinging and is designed to strengthen your child as they explore the gymnastics equipment. LEVEL 1 - BEGINNER (5 YEARS AND UP) For children with no prior gymnastics experience. Each child will learn gymnastics skills while exploring the balance beam, uneven bars, floor exer-cise, and vault table. Monday 4:15 - 5:15pm 7:00 - 8:00pm Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00pm 7:00 - 8:00pm Saturday 11:00 - 12:00pm Fee: $74 member, $222 nonmember
LEVEL 2 - ADVANCED BEGINNER (5 YEARS AND UP) This class will focus on more advanced skills. This class is for gymnasts who have surpassed Level 1 skills. Monday 6:00 - 7:00pm Wednesday 4:15 - 5:15pm Saturday 12:00 - 1:00pm Fee: $78 member, $234 nonmember
LEVEL 3 - NON COMPETITIVE TEAM (5 YEARS AND UP) This class will focus on more advanced skills. This class is for gymnasts who have surpassed level 2 skills. Director approval required. Monday 7:00-8:30pm Wednesday 7:00-8:30pm Fee: $115.50 member, $255 nonmember

YOUTH BEGINNER TENNIS (AGES 5 - 8) Students will be introduced to the basics of tennis. Parents will do most of the feeding of balls to their child. Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Sunday 1:00 - 1:45pm* Fee: $25 member, $45 nonmember
INTERMEDIATE 1 TENNIS (AGES 9 - 16) Students will be taught the major strokes associated with tennis (forehand, backhand, serve, and volley). Students will also be taught both no-ad and regular scoring. Sunday 2:00 - 3:00pm* Fee: $35 member, $55 nonmember
