WHAT IT IS.The first annual ROC Eats Real Challenge is a fun, community-centered program designed to inspire and empower Rochestarians to approach food in a more natural, wholesome, and sustainable way. Our goal? To teach our community to get healthy with REAL food!

Could you give up processed, high-calorie / low nutrient, convenient foods for six weeks? Sound tough? It is! But don’t worry, we’ll help everyone make it happen.

The ROC Eats Real Challenge consists of six weeks packed with educational seminars, local events, and presentations by our network of EAT REAL partners. We’ll teach participants all the ins-and-outs, and give them the support they need to rock a real food lifestyle.

• Comprehensive coordinator's guide with step-by-step instructions to help you launch the program.

• Implementation tips sheet with creative ideas to help get your employees engaged & excited about the program, along with additional on-site activities you could run throughout the challenge.

• PDF of posters to promote challenge to employees.

• Text for promotional email blasts.

• Post-program evaluation survey sent to your employee population along with a 1-2 page dashboard report with your results. *

• Online classes to help train your wellness team on best practices for creating an employee culture that supports healthy food choices, even after the challenge is over.

• Discounted participant cost: (You will be issued a promotional code to share with your employees.)

• Green Apple Level = $15 (regular price $19)

• Golden Apple Level = $39 (regular price $49)

* - For confidentiality reasons, the program evaluation report will only be available if over 50 employees from your company complete the survey. Please allow 8-12 weeks after the program completion date for delivery of dashboard report.

* - Employer will collect participant names and email addresses during registration period. Registration database emailed to ROC Eats Real team one week prior to Challenge launch. Total cost will be invoiced to employer and must be received by May 8th, 2015.

Option Two: Cover the cost of the Green Apple participant level for your employees.

• Includes everything from Option One plus…

• ROC Eats Real Bumper Stickers to provide to employee participants.

• One on-site presentation from one of our ROC Eats Real Experts during the course of the challenge (one per company, regular business hours only).

• Discounted participant cost (Green Apple participant level only):

• Up to 100 employees register = $13 per employee

• 101 - 500 employees register = $11 per employee

• Over 500 employees register = $9 per employee
