# All the six universities planned for the initial phase arenow connected with UGC forming an Initial BdREN

# TEIN 3 connectivity have been established and isoperational from 29th December, 2011.

# Initially 60 Mbps Commodity Internet connectivity hasalready been established and operational from 1st January2012.

# All these initiatives have ensured teachers , students andresearchers of the six biggest universities are now- under the umbrella of BdREN- have access to the International Academic Networkthrough TEIN 3
