What is a Corporation?
A corporations is an association of individuals, created by law or under authority of law, having a continuous existence independent of the existence of it’s members, and powers and liabilities distinct from those of it’s members.

Manufacturing Company, Nortel. 1897: Bell makes the move to Montreal. 1904: The company starts sending bills in the mail. 1914: Several Bell employees enroll into World War 1.

1929: Bell makes another move in Montreal. 1943: Due to World War 2, women work at the Bell offices. 1983: BCE becomes the parent company of Bell Canada. 2006: BCE and Aliant come together to create a new organization. 2008: After being located in Montreal for 80 years, BCE makes a move to Nun’s Island
in Quebec.
