1 What is RINGETTE? (50 MIN)

Rationale: •Coaches, you need to have a basic understanding of the equipment and rules to keep players safe and playing within the rules of the game. Objectives: •To have a basic understanding of what equipment is required and how to make sure it fits and it’s safe.•To understand the basic rules of Ringette. •To know how to modify the basic rules for young participants.
