About Us The main aim of all sales & marketing activity is to produce new business and the first stage of this is to produce sales leads. Unfortunately this normally means sales people spend large amounts of their valuable time cold calling and sifting through rafts of data, taking them away from their key skill – selling. In all sales and marketing activity it is now imperative that R.O.I can be proved, and one of the easiest ways to do this is to measure your activity on a “cost per lead” basis. With this in mind, BBS provides a specific lead generation solution where we combine fulfilment and telemarketing in a multi-stage approach to produce qualified sales leads. The key to achieving this is for our telemarketers to act as a direct extension of our client’s businesses and at the heart of this lies the initial training provided by the client. All our staff are used to working in close partnership with our clients and soon prove themselves an invaluable addition to any company’s sales and marketing operation. Depending on requirements, leads can be passed to clients by email, fax or post on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and provided in a suitable format. Leads can also be achieved through market research and have varying scales of charging, all dependant upon your chosen solution. The next logical step in the sales cycle is for our staff to begin to qualify the leads further until they are at the point where a sales appointment is required. BBS can provide this service in two different ways: one The client can ask for appointments within a specified time frame. How to find usFollow the M27 until it becomes the A31. Go over the Ringwood flyoverand at the next roundabout go into the left hand lane and follow the signsfor Bournemouth, which is a further 7 miles down the A338. The A338then becomes the Wessex Way.

Continue over the Cooper Dean flyover.(watch out for the speed cameras!)

The second roundabout you come to has Asda on your left hand side, gostraight on here. Turn off at the next roundabout and take the first exitonto Richmond Hill.

Bristol & West House is situated on the corner of Post Office Road, thefourth left turning towards the bottom of Richmond Hill.
