THE NEW BBQBoil-in-Bag:1. Fill a medium pot halfway with water, and heat to 180°F2. Place frozen package of Pulled BBQ Salmon into water3. Cook for 19 to 22 minutes at 180°F4. Allow package to rest for 2 minutes to reach a temperature >165°F before serving
Double Boiler:1. Empty frozen contents of package into a bowl, cover, and allow to thaw overnight2. Fill a medium stockpot halfway with water, and bring to a simmer over
medium-high heat3. Place thawed Pulled BBQ Salmon into a metal bowl, and place over stockpot4. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 18 to 20 minutes5. Stir product every 5 minutes during cooking for best results6. Serve when product has reached a temperature >165°F
Steamed-in-Bag:1. Fill a 4” hotel pan with 1 to 2 inches of water and place a perforated 2” hotel pan on top2. Heat uncovered over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes until steam is
