BBL 101 BANGSAMORO BASIC LAW LECTURE SERIES UP Mindanawans ([email protected]) A lecture series regarding the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law and its consequences to the different sectors of this country that aims to inform the public about the Bangsamoro, Bangsamoro Juridical Entity, Bangsamoro Basic Law, etc. Different speakers from the Government of the Philippines,Moro Islamic Liberation Front, BangsamoroTransition Committee, and youth organizations will give their insights and knowledge about the bill and how this can affect our country. Contacts Event Details The event is targeted to be on March 14, 2015 (Saturday) in one of the major auditoriums in UPLB (Dioscoro L Umali Lecture Hall/NCAS Auditorium) Speakers shall confirm before March 1 to finalize the program for the symposium. The target audience will be the UP community and interested parties from all over Luzon such as the media, academe, and the general public are invited to join. Overall Theme The Bangsamoro Basic Law Lecture Series isn’t just a straight on information-giving on the Bangsamoro. A debate segment that can feature two opposing sides after all lectures can be introduced together with an open forum at the end of the program. This forum will tackle on the comprehensive details on the bill and its effect to both Filipinos and the Bangsamoro.
