Meals All meals are served at Hotel “Lavendel”.

Lunch: 12:00-15:30 Dinner: 18:00-22:00

*Time frames may me changed by organizers

Dinner on October 27nd will be served at 18:00-22:00. Each team needs to fill in their individual meal times table, in order to make it more convenient for the teams and for the restaurant as well.

Meal times must be sent by October 13th 2016 at the latest!

Housing and meals

H3-pass for the player or coach 102 EUR. H3-pass includes: accomodation in hotel, double or triple room (3 night- 27.10, 28.10 and 29.10), 9 meals ( dinner on 27.10; breakfast, lunch and dinner on 28.10; breakfast, lunch and dinner on 29.10; breakfast and lunch on 30.10).

H2-pass for the player or coach 68 EUR. H2-pass includes: accomodation in hotel, double or triple room (2 night- 28.10 and 29.10), 7 meals (lunch and dinner on 28.10; breakfast, lunch and dinner on 29.10; breakfast and lunch on 30.10).

All the payment have to be done to Tanel Einaste before the team first game!

Games All games will be held at Viimsi School Sporthall.

Referee clinic During the BBBL tournament in Viimsi referee clinic will be held by Estonian Basketball Officials Association. Please be patient!

Opening Ceremony All teams should attend Opening Ceremony on Friday, 28.10. Opening Ceremony will take place just before the game KK Viimsi vs VEF. Ceremony will start around 18.30. All teams have to attend wearing uniforms!

Medical person Medical person will be present during the games.

Awards

Teams 1st to 3rd place will be awarded with medals and cups. Tournament All Star Five, Top scorer and MVP of tournament will be awarded with souvenir.

Game statistics will be provided by the table officials. Game statistics will be available during the games in the game arena on the information wall and on the web-page http://www.bbbl.info Results, statistics and photo galleries of BBBL tournament in Viimsi, Estonia will be available on the tournament page in Facebook: www.facebook.com/kkviimsi and www.kkviimsi.ee

Other information Delegation

Food and accommodation will be provided only for the delegation (14 people: 12 players+ 2 adults). It is possible to pre-order extra places. All the payment have to be done to Tanel Einaste before teams first game!

Uniform The team that is named first (home) in the game schedule plays in light uniform. The team that is named second (guest) in the game schedule plays in dark uniform.

Coahes evening will be held in Hotel Lavendel on October 28th at 20.30. Every delegation can send 2 people.

In the Hotel

WiFi is in the rooms and it’s free.

Check-out on Sunday is 12:00. There is a possibility to store your luggage in the hotel Lavendel if needed.

Please go to your meals together as a team. That way it is easier for the restaurant to understand who you are.

Teams take full responsibility for all damages in the hotel.

In the gym

Please don’t forget to return the locker room key after the game to the reception.
