It tells , you may remember , of a shrewd and clever Yankee who finds himself in King Arthur 's court , and who develops all the miracles of the twentieth century to baffle the court of King Arthur. Faith Roesch , who plays the role of Queen Guenever , offers an excellent characterization of a domineering queen who prac- tically runs the good-natured and some what discouraged King Arthur, who is played extremely well by Edward Schieferstein. Queen Morgan Le Fay, the scheming, black-hearted woman , will send shivers up and down you when you witness Glenna Hitze in this role. Her villainous partner is none other than the magician Merlin. Jeffrey Sunray portrays this part so realistically that you will probably have trouble sleeping afterward. Sandy and Elaine are two very charming young ladies of the court , and they are very charmingly played by Susan Smith and Ellen Bryner. Steven Pribut , as Hank Bennett , the Connecticut Yankee , has mastered a difficult and screamingly funny role , and you will be delighted with his antics. When the Center MorichesHigh School Drama Clubpresents THE CONNECTICUTYANKEE IN KING ARTHUR'SCOURT next Thursday afternoonMay 15 at 3:30 p.m. and Fridaynight May 16 at 8 p.m., they willfeature an all star cast of playersin this delightfully entertainingstory.

It tells , you may remember , ofa shrewd and clever Yankee whofinds himself in King Arthur 'scourt , and who develops all themiracles of the twentieth centuryto baffle the court of King Arthur.Faith Roesch , who plays the roleof Queen Guenever , offers anexcellent characterization of adomineering queen who prac-tically runs the good-natured andsome what discouraged KingArthur, who is played extremely

well by Edward Schieferstein.Queen Morgan Le Fay, the

scheming, black-hearted woman, will send shivers up and down youwhen you witness Glenna Hitze inthis role. Her villainous partneris none other than the magicianMerlin. Jeffrey Sunray portraysthis part so realistically that youwill probably have troublesleeping afterward.

Sandy and Elaine are two verycharming young ladies of thecourt , and they are verycharmingly played by Susan

Smith and Ellen Bryner. StevenPribut , as Hank Bennett , theConnecticut Yankee , hasmastered a difficult andscreamingly funny role, and youwill be delighted with his antics.Marion , his sister , is breezily and

The cost of the total project is expected to bring anestimated tax rate increase of $1.85 per each $100 ofassessed valuation. The estimate for the original$840,000 project was an increase of $1.65, thespokesman said. The impact of the added constructioncosts has been softened by changes in the district'sstate aid ratio, the spokesman said.
