based on voltage, internal impedance, strap impedance,
sulfation/dryout. This capacity measurement technique is based on
CELL SCAN technology which is developed with the purpose of
avoiding Load Bank testing which is Desctructive. Batteries that
fail in Load Bank testing have to be repaced. With online testing,
there is no risk.
